Institutional Ownership--none?

Institutional Ownership--none?

is this an issue?
LSG seems to have zero institutional ownership . This would appear to give managment much more autonomy and reduce accountablity as there is only a disorganized groupings of small  owners(presumably retail investors) and no big, presumably smart owner, to challenge managment's moves.

As an example HBM has 49% institutional ownership.

On the other hand currently it appears that one of  HBM's three institiutonal investors seems to be liquidating their position and driving HBM's price down.

Also as an aside HBM market value is now only 50% higher than LSG.

Anomalies keep one wondering how to make all of this effort in investing In LSG (and I guess HBM} work better?
