The key word is "plan". Once the world sees Bombardier delivering, you can't write off anything until the deals are signed. Unless you are a short selling basher then everything is negative!

Heck if I was paid to bash Bombardier, I would insist the company change the name to Flyardier!
Bomb is just so negative!
