Incompetant Management and Board

Incompetant Management and BoardThese guys believed their own lies and never changed their tone to the share holders. When asking Ryan why COS did not hedge he repeatly said it was too expensive, however selling the company for less then 9 dollars a share is a good decision he has decided upon. We have an accountant running the company and everyone said how complex the finances were to manage and Ryan was the right guy, BS, Ryan said we did not need a hedging strategy because our balance sheet was so strong, another failed statement from the management of COS. What really happened Seymor gave up on the managment and they had no choice except to support the deal, and throw in the towel. It seems to me that management has not been working for the share holders and either has the board. Management failed to bring to the shareholder the option to consider a .32 offer from suncor. Management failed to protect the balance sheet with a hedging strategy, Management failed to find any other companies to provide a competing offer, Management fail to provide a CEO to the shareholds with experience instread the put in a rookie and game him on year of mentoring and he didn't learn to much. Management failed to provide a reliable operation. Management succeeded on over compensation for misleading and mis guiding the shareholders. Thats the way i see it.  IMHO
