RE: A Good Day

RE: A Good Day

If we broaden our focus there seems to be some interesting comparative

developments when we  compare Canadian production with the rest

of the world.

While $28/bbl US$ is nothing to crow about, what’s happening around us is worth watching.

It seems, Friday we were sitting at WTI @ $32, ...Brent @ 30 and ...the heavily

discounted CDN Light sweet @ $28 ... in US$ ... + a bit, give or take.

This has got to be the highest CDN LS has been for a very long time .. compared to Brent.

And much higher than SA get for their crude .. ( Heavy and a little toxic )

And rigs ...

U.S. 22 January 2016 637 -13

Canada 22 January 2016 250 +23

International December 2015 1095 -14

Other are being hurt by precent prices and least a badly as us, and some a lot worse .....
