I wonder how many are just new births however? or children under 18 who moved here with there familes. I bet we are more like only +35K in new possible customers. But still better then minus 35k. 

Since I gather they are talking population growth they are talking about people of all ages. But to guess they are all kids, or even half is just a guess. A Man and his Wife, with 14 kids could have moved back to home to Saskatchewan and 16 young drinking adults could have move back in to replace them. Since they don't break it down by age it is hard to tell. But as you said better up then down. Alberta still lead all other provinces and also still has the youngest population by age.
