RE:Discovery Hole PLS16-445... You've got to see this...Thank you Quakes99 for taking the time to share your insight as always!.  It is indeed breathtaking to think that there is a continuity in the mineralization along this conductor for almost 2 km.  Go FCU go!!!!

quakes99 wrote: So.. Fission has posted the downhole Gamma Profile for the new discovery hole PLS16-445 at Line 840W and it truly is a beauty.  It rivals many of the R600W holes and is 840m West of the first discovery hole at R00E.  But that's not the amazing part.

I did a search through the Gamma profiles of a number of holes for R600W and Triple R and the closest match in terms of the Gamma characterization is in a hole that is a long way away from Line 840W.

First, here's the new discovery hole today:

Very strong readings well over 50,000 CPS in the very high grade interval.

Now compare that profile to this one for hole PLS15-416 from last summer:

Freaky, isn't it?  How very similar those two Gamma profiles appear, with very similar pattern and comparable maximum peaks of around 60,000 cps.  There's just a 20m depth offset as well.

Here's the kicker.  PLS15-416 was drilled on Line 1125E... 1125m EAST of R00E... which puts it 1,965m EAST of the new discovery hole... nearly 2 kilometres away!!

Given how close the 2 profiles appear, I think it is reasonable to be able to use the Assays from PLS15-416 as a good approximation to what the new discovery hole PLS16-445 will yield.

Here's the assays for 416:

We are looking at U3O8 grades in the 20% range for this new hole.  Fantastic!
We'll have to wait a few weeks to confirm that but the Gamma logs are pretty good at providing a close approximation of grades.

You can interpret the above in whatever way you like.  To me, it does seem to indicate that there indeed is continuity in the mineralization along this conductor for almost 2 km.  And if this new hole is the true source of the high-grade boulders to the West then... we ain't seen nothin' yet.  The past 3 years has just been the warm up... and blue sky potential has increased by an order of magnitude, imho.

All signs point to 2016 being the year Fission Uranium goes nuclear.
