RE:Whitney Results

RE:Whitney ResultsDid I miss a few press releases?
about:
- the exploration plan/budget for 2016?
- Does Goldcorp pay for 40% of the exploration costs? Or is 100% of the gold produced for LSG(I don’t think so)? Or is LSG buying the 40% share from Goldcorp?

By expanding the resource, LSG is increasing the value of the project, and Goldcorps share...
So why did LSG start exploring before having an agreement with Goldcorp?
Or why didn't they publish the agreement with Goldcorp?
And why didn’t they inform us about the new surface drilling program at the Whitney Project. Even today we don’t know how much this program is going to cost!

I am very happy with the first result.
But I really don’t like the fact that the management is withholding a lot of information from there shareholders! They are investing millions without informing the shareholders.

Even if they are in negotiation about a take-over bid. It’s their job to get the best price for the existing shareholders. By  withholding information the share price stays low, the same goes for the possible take-over bid.
The only reason I can think of, is that they try to buy back the debentures as cheap as possible…
