If the merger is moving along as planned, then why has Invesco Canada filed an Alternative Monthly Early Warning Report this week with Sedar where they clearly state that they are dumping their shares?

Invesco sold 0.62% of their shares since Oct.  They still hold 9.8% of CUS.

Sold just enuff to break that 10% threshold.  How that could be construed as dumping you will have to explain to me?

Also a AMEW would never state a mindset such as "we are clealy stating we are dumping."
That is foolish talk.

You may wish to revisit the Sedar site and educate yourself on the pertinent information on a  AMEW report. The 0.62% that you are referring to is actually 0.62% of the overall float of the shares issued by Canexus, which in this case works out to about 1.126 million. The 1.126 million shares that Invesco sold  is actually 6% of their position in Canexus that Invesco held back in October of 2015. Anyway you try to slice it, the AMEW report clearly shows that Invesco is now dumping their Canexus shares!
