If the merger is moving along as planned, then why has Invesco Canada filed an Alternative Monthly Early Warning Report this week with Sedar where they clearly state that they are dumping their shares?

Invesco sold 0.62% of their shares since Oct.  They still hold 9.8% of CUS.

Sold just enuff to break that 10% threshold.  How that could be construed as dumping you will have to explain to me?

Also a AMEW would never state a mindset such as "we are clealy stating we are dumping."
That is foolish talk.

Invesco has sold 0.62% of the overall outstanding shares of Canexus, or 6.2% of the shares that Invesco held since October, 2015. Since this report was issued for the end of  January, 2016, it is assumed that the selling was done during the month of January!
Explaining the situation in another way, Invesco has sold over 1.1 million shares during the month of January, 2016. Anyway you slice it, that is alot of shares!
