Pilot vs. PermanentI don't totally understand how the development of "permanent" MRT plants is to proceed. The portable Pilot Plant,I assume, is just a demonstration model that will prove to interested companies that their separation projects can be achieved by using MRT? Then what? Do these companies then contract (with IBC?) to have built a semi-permanant or permanent MRT facility for their purposes, scaled to their needs? Would MRT collect a royalty since they own the 'operational" rights? Or are there central locations being considered where materials are shipped for separation to larger adapable facilities ? Maybe both? Thoughts?
