A textbook example of how a CEO can kill a Company!and what's more,.. now the  fear and loathing that comes with waiting for the corpse to be quartered. Bad governance. Bad leadership. And most importantly, bad decision-making by share holders who didn't sell two years ago (that's me!)...

One upside: It gave us lots of time to average down... As we all know - averaging down is not nearly as rewarding as getting out early...

One famious man said "Capitalism diggs it own graves"...
