Conference CallYup can see why the stock went down after the conference call. I missed the call but listened to it this morning. The quarter was good but the future has changed and management couldn't provide guidance other than, no senior listing for awhile (not a focus & I agree but changed messaging in the negative), no acquisitions (we knew that), future pressures on revenues and EBITDA margins (wasn't clear if the existing could be maintained even if the top line was reduced), etc. In the end, too much uncertainty communicated and investors naturally exit. An ascute CEO of a publicly traded company would of known he needed to provide some better guidance even if he couldn't commit to a number. I think he needed to provide a minimum baseline and suggested there is upside from there. We need to consolidate the shares to get rid of day and short traders. Another move that wouldn't be well received initially but I think would be good in the longer term.
