I agree.....everything in the report looks pretty positive except for one paragraph way down at the bottom: Should the SAT be successful in nullifying the APA and in assessing taxes on silver sold under the silver purchase agreement at a higher rate, or should the SAT assess at higher rates for periods after the expiration of the APA, it would likely have a material adverse affect on the Company's business, results of operations, and financial condition. This fact is hanging over this stock like a brick, keeping us down . It is allowing the shorts to drive the price down through fear that management will not be able to come to some kind of mutually agreeable terms with the Mexican Government. The price should go up....but not until this thing is somehow settled. Once it is settled however...it wouldn't surprise me if Primero were taken out by a senior gold company. It is just way too cheap down here. imho
