Folks, take a look at Goldenorb good post about a Company named Gold Reserve [Q3-2015 FS filed on SEDAR]. They won an international case and were awarded $750m. Yes, it take time and you must litigate in various jurisdication. However, decisions are binding and enforceable by seizure of foreign cash reserves and shipment of goods. Difficult, however no country wants to go down this road. This is not just a gimmick. Gold Reserve has a market cap of about $400M, but the danger is they are raising convertible debt capital to stay a float. This is not the best course of action for either EOM or Colombia. I do believe 2016 will be the year that something happens and word in the mining sector is expect a lot of acquisitions and consolidation. It did not occurr in 2015 but look out this year.
PS- I am so glad I am in Red Eagle via old CB Gold. That price is trending higher on volume since it is highly unlikely they will have any road blocks and expected to be in production later this year. Colombia's financial situation just makes taxes and royalties from Red Eagle's mine that much more precious. GLTA
