RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:VVhy is this still listed."the IDC share price should drop to ZERO anytime when shareholders realize this problem, isn't it?"
No, I believe the Bid will either stay where it is or drop no lower than 1 cent until the final word comes out. With that said it will be a feather in the wind. The trading will become so light that trades of insignificant value will determine the closing price on any given day.
IDC for all practical purposes is out of business so all talk concerning business viability is irrelevant to the current state of affairs. Talk of past events is only for conversation purposes in order to understand how we got to where we are today. Any knowledge gained always helps us to make wiser decisions going forward, which of course has value, but just not to this stock in the here and now.
All that is left now is to field any offers for what remains, settle out all financial and legal matters and then hand in the keys. Until that happens some will speculate that after all business matters are finalized that there will still be a little fruit left on the tree for the shareholders, and in turn others say there will not. Both are just guessing since it all comes down to an entity wanting something that they have, and if so, what they are willing to pay for it. I am having a hard time seeing anything meaningful being offered for what remains, but I am not them and they are not me. As the old business adage goes, the value of anything is determined by what people are willing to pay for it. Maybe someone will see a little something that I do not. Time will tell
