He will read thisI haven't followed VID too closely past few months. It hasn't had any significant news. The market punished these types of compagnies as the whole financial world went sour and no company was left behind. But it hasn't followed the recovery of past week.
All i know is that small venture compagnies' CEOs probably read every single post in here. Because there aren't many resources/forums discussing a 3M$ market cap company...
I watched the CEO present. He said he doesn't understand why traders didn't like the financing a year ago and it got punished since then. What i thought is: This guy doesn't get it. It is not the market that is not right. He needs to first realize why the shares are being sold and how to get of this hole. I think a year later, more fundamental and structural problems at the company need to be dealt with. In any case, I am not sure what this halt is about, probably financing not finalized but I hope it will be a turn of events for the better. If anything, a rich guy can take this company over and build something out of it. But i think the business model has not been executed well enough. Salary is high for an equity holder operating the company. He needs to cut his salary for a year until things get better. Otherwise, the shares are just worthless and the company swallows any financing done. Cheers.
