Just got this from the company...mmm?
Just got this from the company...mmm?The board of directors met on Wednesday (and are still in discussions) to devise a plan to make sure the company survives and remains an ongoing entity.
I have no further information but logic would dictate that if management is unable to raise news funds then it will have to pair its costs to the point of cash flow covering its monthly G & A.
We’ll have to wait until there are concrete decisions made by the board.
