I believe the clawbacks will be a long tail of misery for years to come as those who signed up initially, finally log back in to use the service, will realize that their gold was removed. What's worse, is that I'll have to answer to my friends and family who lost the gold.

As as much as I like the company, they screwed up here and I've stopped using the referral program entirely. I do however, quite like the service and see the potential beyond this screwup.
