My 55400 shares have voted no so by my calculations I have cancelled 110,800 of your 120,000 shares. Yes votes need two thirds. 
On a more serious note, I have been trading for over 15 years and, in my holdings, there was only once that a company had to use the phone lines to try and sell a deal to shareholders and the deal after it was approved certainly did not end up going well for shareholders. Canoro Resources was the company and google it if you want find the end result for shareholders.
From now on, my philosophy will forever be that if a Deal cannot sell itself on its own merits and a company has to try to use snake oil salesmanship and paid consultants, then buyer beware and maybe they are not telling you everything that you should know.
