The homebuilding segment offers a variety of home floor plans and elevations at different prices and with varying levels of options and amenities to meet the needs of homebuyers. Easily my best performer..

Easily my best performer..

My average was 44 cents.. sold half at 88 cents.. so nice to have free shares!

..and silver hasn't even started it's next bull run yet.. when it does and they start mining again even the current price will seem like an excellent buy..
I am expecting a good correction sometime soon though and may buy some more if it goes back below my .88 sell price.

AXR is simply the best leverage to the silver price that I know of.. and management are among the best.. and need I say anything about the properties and grades.. nah..
