Closing of the offering is subject to the receipt of applicable regulatory approvals including approval of the TSX. The offering is expected to close in several tranches beginning on or about March 21, 2016, but in any event no later than on or about March 29. Mondays volume should dictate what the out come of the PP was. Based on Friday, things are IMO looking positive. gltal
