The way i see it,  parting witb 2/3 of my shares secured proncipal regardless  of vote outcome.  If price goes up, i benefit  on a 1/3 basis.  Ultimately I  had to not fall prown to waiting too long  for an outcome  i wouldnt be happy with. If the stock drops after  vote,  there maybe an opp to repurchase  though my faith in  the BOD is now skewed.   Glta
