LSCFA is correct in his assessment. Also, dig around for my previous posts as I outline the thinking and the conditions for a consolidation.

Regarding a split - there are reasons for a split as well, in general investors welcome a split and have concerns about consolidations, however both are good if used for the right reasons in the proper conditions.

I would only remind you that as a shareholder too that I want the share price to appreciate and I am looking to ensure that shareholder value is created - not undermined.
