Look at Kaminak for instance:
- less resources
- way lower grade
- in the subpolar outback
- no mill, no infrastructure, not even access road
- permissions by 2018 (according to them)
--> market cap 50x higher than DMM
Ok, they have no debt, but they will have to go into 300.000.000$ debt before they start production
Why can't DMM borrow a tenth of that to start DGF? It's much higher grade, has a road to their mill and permissions in place. The risk there is so much lower it's ridiculous.
