But the question that keeps coming to my mind, is why on earth is VMS accepting this takeover? They are making money and ramping up the production, They also have huge potential for expansion. So any debt they have can be paid off over time.

In addition they have some other assetts which also have a potential; check their website.

Anybody have a though on this?

It does not appear like they need RNX.....

Thanks for pointing out the obvious.  Myself and many other VMS shareholders have no clue why this would be accepted either.  I'm voting NO to lowball offer.
