RE:RE:Attention Noteholders! NKO.NT

RE:RE:Attention Noteholders! NKO.NTHere's a little thought I was having- the fact that Disbrow is selling commons to buy notes may not be a cause for worry. We already hinted at the possibility a few weeks ago that he is doing so in order to increase his holdings of notes in order to vote in favor of the ammendments. Niko's news release below says they already have a support aggreement with 60% of noteholders, they need another 6.7% of noteholders to approve before April 26 for the strategic plan to go ahead. Obviously Disbrow wants this. So, if he singlehandedly accumulates another 6.7% of the issued notes, and votes in favor, voila! Once this is passed, it's great news so the value of the notes will go up, and so will the value of the commons. He'll make money on his commons too. It's taking from one pocket and putting into the other- basically trading commons for notes which will give him more influence in the direction this company takes. The net gain is the same, he wins on both sides. If he was selling commons to buy some entirely different stock, ok I'd be worried, but he's keeping his money in NKO. Good sign as I see it. https://www.nikoresources.com/upload/news_release/395/01/niko_pressrelease_2016_03_24_corporateupdate_consentsolicitationprocess.pdf
