Well they way I look at it is if he was right before and some people followed him then good for all you guys. Most people will do their own DD. It's not considered insider information if he has nothing to do with the company. Look at all the press releases. I have learned many things while out drinking with people that's when people love to talk in major cities. In Calgary you would know about oil company deals long before they were released from the company just by word of mouth. I have shared many of these deals with people
