I have said this since they one.
CXR is worth $100US on EPS value $6.50 * 15
and worth at least 10X EV/EBITDA which is $61.50US.
With the stock trading at $24US before all this talk last week, no
company will offer even $60US.
They will offer MAX $45US which is almost a double from the $24.
CXR will never accept $45US and NO DEAL will be done.
The market knows that and the shorts are busy.
