ok this is it I promise..... They are most likely able to continue operations due to the possabilities that:

- This is a proposed ordinance to be decided by elections  in November.
- This ordinance does has no effect on the authorities of cities and referes to the unincorporated areas of Marion County. (Aurora is a city within the county and determines the goings on withing its incorporated boundaries)

I am not sure of this, however it appears this has been an on going ban since the begining of this porgram. I am only assuming that the City of Aruroa permits this activity within its boundaries. All news relating to marijuana activity in the city? (pop 918) is older an anecdotal refering to charging $5000 for dispensary licences, and ensuring dispensaries close on time with other business'.
