RE:RE:LAST 20 TRADING DAYSGood link topoftheridge. Below are the numbers to hit tomorrow in order to put the acceleration clause into effect, bringing in $14 million to the coffers right away. Each day over the next 6 business days, it will get a little easier to hit the 20 day VWAP over 30 cents which puts this extra excitement into motion (since it was April 11th when the big volume trading over 30 cents began with 1,363,485 shares traded that day at a volume weighted average of 30.65 cents).
The battle going on in share price on Avnel is one I don’t mind encouraging others to join in because we’re in great shape – it’ll either be a big win or a huge win. Do your own due diligence of course, but these guys have done everything right and there is great opportunity here now. The share price has been held down by an entity that normally doesn’t want to sell, but just to hang over it to discourage would-be new investors. There is debate over who this entity is, but there is no doubt in my mind it is connected with an entity that wants to buyout Avnel. We’ll never know who it was for sure though because what they’ve been doing (I’ve been watching them do it daily since September) is illegal so not likely to come out.
Avnel Gold is the only mining company I know of with an IRR 38% or higher and an NPV over $250 million US. As of Friday, they now have ESIA and the government and community are very much behind this going forward. All ready for either financing or a takeover.
So as I said, each day the numbers will get a little easier, but the number can be hit any day triggering it all. To hit the magic number tomorrow (Monday), here are some possibilities:
-1,000,000 shares at 32 cents (CDN) volume weighted average
-1,500,000 shares at 31.2 cents (CDN) volume weighted average
-2,000,000 shares at 30.9 cents (CDN) volume weighted average
We had over 3.6 million shares on Friday at 29.38 cents – at that low price only because that entity was selling so much to prevent this trigger. Can they keep it up with all this excitement is the question.
