RE:RE:RE:GLH buyoutI think too many are confusing this space with tech. Both LPs and Glh are operations plays. New and quickly growing industry yes, but old fashioned operations will be required for growth. None of the players in this space can run of a room full of bright interns and late night pizza delivery to build a billion dollar valuation. Nor will this go globally viral overnight. It will take time with lean operations and popular brands to grow value, M&A growth will be challenging with high costs, and in a way this has disappointed me that GLH has attempted this model far too early. If they will survive is anyone's bet, but I am sure that there is more value in operational experience in this fledgling industry rather than bloated and underperforming assets.
