RE:Stalemate continues. More sideways trading? Normally I would agree with you on news, but at this juncture and the way this issue is trading I would rather see news somewhat later.
Allow me to explain my reasoning.
Because shares are so tight, the shares are churning, but maintaining it's level and this is good for us. If we got news it would spike, but fall back to these levels. So what is happening we are taking out the low ballers and gradually moving higher without news.
If we can continue to climb without news and it appears this is what is happening, we will gradually takeout the lower end holders. This is because they are taking their profits as small as it is and eventually they (mm) will be forced to take it higher and then when news eventually does come, -hoping we are above .10 and with news, it will be forced to climb to .15 and above with only a small fallback.
It is always beneficial for us that the profit-takers are taken out before news. What makes this issue different is we know what is around the corner and many traders in the penny-arcade play on charts without understanding the real foundation of a company and this is especially true with penny companies.
As I have mentioned many times this company is one of a very few that trades at pennies and has the potential to reap huge rewards and currently and if they can maintain reasonable levels of O/S and the analysis of the Kipawa project, we could see this issue go over $1.00. The latter is still 1-2 years off, but in the near term .10 to .30+ is a reasonable objective.
Have a good day
