Here's my take: If they haven't/don't file for creditor protection in the next 24-48 hours, that should tell us that they're at least somewhat solvent and there will be hope. If they are truly insolvent, creditor protection would likely be their only play if they can't raise cash. My guess on why they haven't filed is there is trouble with the auditor (perhaps not paying the bill = financials not being released) or there is some truth to the earlier rumors that the CFO is no longer with the company. I'm not buying the debenture raising/stalling as a reason to not file 2015. In any case, Steve really needs to inform the shareholders what is going on, to either kill the rumors or confirm them - even if it is doom and gloom. My .02. Which ironically is also Vids .02 share price. GLTA.
