offer

offerI had the same issue with BPO many years ago, as Canada is not a good place for minority shareholders. I believe they need 50% of the minoirty shareholders  to tender their shares, and based on their cash flow and now halted dividend, a price closer to $6.50/$7.00  would probably be needed to get that vote.
Instead of anyone swearing or getting angry, just say no to the offer. John Malone knows how to craft deals like no other, but with patience both sides will get what they want.  If the CBC wants to sell at $4.50, that's fine, I don't believe the rest of us are in such a rush.
Patience people, patience.
