please, before investing your money , do some research about the company.... Sirius Canada is going Private and buyback the share around 4.55$ CAD... End of the story

The company is going to be stolen internally by insiders and Sirius USA for .898 of a siri share for 74% and bascially $4.50 cash at 26%. That calculation is due to the CBC selling its shares for $4 ...more

How long before we know if the osc or crtc will intervene , or if any of the mutual fund's legal actions can stop this or obtain fairer treatment fo minority holders ?

Sad day for minority shareholders who really voted NO!

Backing out the CBC the minority shareholders actually voted NO yet the deal still goes through. So much for good governance and shareholder rights. There goes another Canadian company.
