So states Van Berkam & Assoc., largest Minority Shareholders on BNN today at 3.45 PM. On Sedar. States, Need majority of the minority of Sirius XM Canada, excluding Slaight, Obelysk & Sirius XM. Also COURT approval, including C.R.T.C. Be done no later than 4th qtr., od Calender 2016. Meantime forego dividend next two quarters. (The squeeze I guess?)
