She could deny all motions with no comment and pull a Hilton - kick it upstairs, but it will come back to her court again. She could rule on some minor issues that won`t change the result and again upstairs. If she is angry then she will come down with a hammer and a JMOL, with expectations that the CAFC will back her or reverse her. Only someone close to her would know how she feels about how her court was manipulated. Shunk probably runs into her on the cocktail circuit and might have a clue but Fish hopes to never see her again - with good reason.
