RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:Guidance? You're quite right; I don't know Jack. I've got a friend named Jill though.
Listen; I'm just as frustrated as you all. I wonder if anyone expected buying shares in a $30m company to be smooth sailing?! If so, you should probably sell and go buy a GIC where you can lock in a negative real rate of return.
I spoke with Mike and Khurram both yesterday. I can confirm that Gali is in South America presumably working on existing or new distribution agreements. I think when a stock price dives like this one can often lose sight of the fact that this is a going concern with real people doing real things to sell and market a real product.
I will say that I don't think they are going to blow the doors off Q1 especially given they won't have print revenues to include. For better or worse we are going to need to be patient well into Q2 and Q3 to get a true sense where this is going. Gali has said repeatedly to me that he isn't managing this business for smooth quarter over quarter results. He is focussed on adding high margin distribution agreements and these can and will be lumpy. I'm guilty of assuming their ELL revenues would go over $1m this quarter. I think any rational observer can forgive this prediction given the previous quarters had gone $300k, $600k and $900k. So yes, it sucks but it's not the end of the world and they are still growing and very profitable. If ELL revenues can't get off the mat by end of Q3 I'll likely be out. That's where I'm at presently with my position and thoughts.
But you're quite right; I'm not an insider... I'm not management nor am I a director. I am a discretionary portfolio manager with a pension for high ROE low PE micro caps and I'm willing to share my views just like everyone else. I've also been extremely up front about what I own and what I'm doing both of which are not required of me on an internet stock forum.
