RE:The Balls in Your Court Matt Davey...

RE:The Balls in Your Court Matt Davey...OnGame losses will still be a part of Q1 numbers. The sale took place March 31 if I recall correctly. Also, don't know when OpenBet revenues start accruing to nyx. After close of deal (this week) ? I've heard mixed messages. I would be surprised if we're at positive EBITDA for Q1.

Q2 will be huge and will certainly bring positive cash flow. Also, this summer is the Euro Cup. Big betting so the next couple of quarters should certainly reward early nyx shareholders. Aya had great casino numbers. Hoping we generate more than the 3 million from them this quarter.

All in all, the numbers will tell one tale. The CC following will be what really matters.
I'd like to hear about TSX. I've also been hoping about a possible LSE but I'd settle for TSX for now. Organic growth numbers are very important. Finally, The debt management will ultimately be what makes the OpenBet deal a success or not.
