SUBJECT: Production Individualization Agreement (AIP) of Shared Oilfield between Tubaro Martelo Fields (Concession Agreement No. 48610.001367 / 2008-54) and Polvo (Concession Agreement No. 48610.001367 / 2008-54) - Campos Basin 

RESOLUTION: The Board of the National Agency of Petroleum, Natural Gas and Biofuels - ANP, based on the Action Proposal No. 963 of 28 October 2015, and based in Opinion No. 206/2016 / PF-ANP / PGF / AGU and Order No. 280/2016 / PF-ANP / PGF / AGU, decides: 

I) authorize the continued production of the central area of the Tubaro Martelo Field; and 

II) suspend any development and production activities in the region northeast of granting Tubaro Martelo Fields, while not approve a unitization agreement of production between OGX and HRT operators.
