RE:RE:The Balls in Your Court Matt Davey...I agree it's very confusing.  

1) On Ongame won't Q1 results be shown outside EBITDA so the normal $3 M loss be excluded (cash loss still exists though but EBITDA will look better) as Ongame is discontinued operations.

2) Whats more confusing is the April 3rd acquisition Press Release, in paragraph 2 under transaction details:

- it says NYX has benefit of OpenBet trading group since Sept 30 2015
- pursuant to price mechanism NYX will pay 48,000 pounds per day from agreement (April 4th 2016) until deal close date (which was May 20th 2016). So 46 days * 48 k = 2.2 M pounds 
 
but what does first part mean ie benefit of trading group since Sep 30 2015?  Does NYX get cashflow during from this period? 

On the earnings call NYX CFO did say results won't be recorded until close?

anyone out there to provide clarity on these two items?
