Insider Selling ... a familier trend for many reasons !!!
If indeed it is insider selling that generated this significant downturn in the share price from the recent high (more than 50% since the start of it) .. it is irresponsible.
I did not investigate "canadianinsider" to verify/confirm but some have suggested such on this forum.
If it is the CEO (joint) that initiated and propelled this large pull back after the much needed positive momentum it is irresponsible. This is irrespective of the fact they have nearly 10m shares. This offload could have been managed in a controlled manner (with positive news).
Is it to generate a new financing at these lower levels again ???
Again, Average Joe gets shafted with dilution at these levels.
Does it sort itself out with multiples going forward ?
It is so discouraging not to know more details on the agreement with the fortune 500 company.
We have no idea of the funding amount (research numbers) and unable to understand the finance needs.
How are we able to assess financial burn rate and monies needed going forward?
Should there be a responsibility to disclose more detail on that collaboration?
At least the positive activity near the end of the day yesterday shows some hope.
Can it carry forward to today?
Wow, again, life on the venture exchange.
It is the wild west.
I like to search out companies I think are innovative with next generation products. This company seems (not sure if past or present) to have that potential.
I am intrigued by the company "Carbon 3D" in the US. They are gaining so much momentum in the 3D printing arena and GGG could be a minnow that also fills a void in that segment.
Happy investing to all !!!!!!
