Read this: "The Colombian mining association said the ruling was worrying and could affect investment and the future of mining operations in the Andean country, which produces coal, gold, emeralds, nickel and other minerals." I guess that you know better, and I wish you good luck, and indeed, maybe everything will be fine. De-risking is important though, and I think that you don't understand how this decision can effect operation. Just a small question to ponder. If you have to decide upon lending money for further exploration, building a second mine, etc. are you going to risk it by letting a potentialy corrupt official to decide upon the future of your money? I don't, therefor I am out. GLTA
