Apollo Global Management LLC APO is still in talks to acquire Concordia Healthcare Corp. CXRX, according to sources as reported by Dow Jones on Monday. While two other private-equity firms dropped out of the bidding process over regulatory concerns, Apollo submitted a bid in the final round, the sources said.
