It imports wines from various wine regions around the world to blend with domestic wine to craft these products. It also produces craft beverage alcohol products, including No Boats on Sunday ciders and seltzers, and various spirits and cream whisky products under the Wayne Gretzky No. 99 brand. It produces and markets premium personal winemaking products through its subsidiary, Global Vintners Inc.

RE:RE:q4 disappointment

i'm disappointed, yes, but I am not going to be overly critical. even with the earnings miss in q4 the company still grew earnings by around 30% this year over last year. But, yes, hopefully we have seen the last of the one time charges, for a while anyway.

driving through wine country, on my way to niagara falls and seeing all the wineries side-by-side-by-side, its hard to imagine m&a not playing a factor in this sector.
