I would not expect the CEO to buy a bunch of Peller stock. Imagine if you were the new CEO of an unprofitable winery where this generation of the family loaded it up to the eyeballs in debt

i believe the increase is more attributable to the fact that outgoing CEO& inbound CEO have overlapping periods as is usual in most transitions in the suite.

I did some research and it looks like revenue recognition for LCBO is when they receive it and for retailers it is when it is sold to the consumer.
