Management tips

Here at Peller we pay ourselves first!

months 2023 2024 % inc
3 $1,844 $2,186 19%
6 $3,893 $4,522 16%

The compensation expense recorded for directors and members of the Executive Management Team increased by 16% while EPS for 6 months has been $0.10 while dividends (Class A $0.123 per share, Class B $0.107 per share) are unsustainable.

i believe the increase is more attributable to the fact that outgoing CEO& inbound CEO have overlapping periods as is usual in most transitions in the suite.

I have never seen the beverage industry with a 16% increase in compensation during a CEO "transition" except for the "Peller Plunder".   Do you have any examples? Deirdre Mahlan became President, Chief Executive Officer and Chairperson of Duckhorn in April 2024. Previous CEO didn't do the "Peller Plunder".
