Delavaco Residential Corporate Updatereading through this and based on today's price it looks like they will be doing a 40:1 reverse split if their goal is to have a $6 share price. they need to get the SSN extension approved first or everthing could fall apart but their corporate plan does look good at first glance, I just don't think I have the cajones to buy until I see more
