RE:PRGOI agree, I'm suspicious of StreetInsider too - there is definitely some short-term profiteering going on as a result of false leads. They should name those people "familiar with the matter" or not publish it at all due to it not being from a credible source. I bet if they delved further, they would see that the "person familar with the matter" has infact sold after their cheeky pump of the stock. It irritates me that they get away with it.

...of course, once more it's from ''person familiar with the matter'' and they can't identify them, nor the potential acquirer.
I'm very suspicious of StreetInsider. Information on deals such as this don't ''leak''. Of course, once more it's conveniently concerning the specialty pharma which makes it even more suspicious.
