The investment seeks to track the investment results (before fees and expenses) of the Red Rocks Global Listed Private Equity Index. The fund generally will invest at least 90% of its total assets in securities (including American depositary receipts (ADRs) and global depositary receipts (GDRs)) that comprise the underlying index. The underlying index is composed of securities, ADRs and GDRs of 40 to 75 private equity companies, including business development companies (BDCs), master limited partnerships (MLPs) and other vehicles.

RE:RE:CricketsI believe the company has a business plan and has executed upon it.  The cost structure appears stabilized, the balance sheet has been fixed and has no net debt plus some attractive working capital, and is now earnings and free cash flow positive.  At a minimum progress has been made.  A big contract one hopes would do nothing but improve upon these metrics.

Should the free cash flow get a signficant bump and widen the gap of the enterprise value being lower then the market cap - maybe others may not, but I find such opportunities interesting.
